new blog temp. thanks to akira... =)
learning how to use html, super duper noob in it. actually there's part of my course in a module in year 1, every week i need to do an assignment to hand in, and last for a few weeks. the 1st one, i struggle with it, and ask my fren to teach me. she gives up on me and just simply complete it for me, hai... after that things get worse, she simply did everything for me every week, furthermore she did it automatically without me asking for help. i start to slack and did nth, so she simply do everything every week. thanks alot, if u happen to c this. and of course during the html test, i jus get 0, since i just leave it blank and saved into my diskette to hand up. some even pass the diskette around and save other's file into their own then change the name in there. at least i'm a slacker with pride. lol... slacker's pride.

this whole week is nyp open house... whole skool from principal to students are busy, worse than exam.

monday
lina (student affair officer incharge for my cca) sms me at 6am, "max, can u come over to help me in the morning? i can give u an excuse letter.". so i meet her at 9.30, before that i attend my tep stuff as usual. my tep stopover want me to help out for student guide, i can't imagine myself doing that. "everyone look to your right, this is the free access lab provided to students for dota and cs, but please don't get caught." lol... so i just tell the supervisor that i'm doing the open house for my cca. after that i go over to the student affair office to get my excuse letter and throw at him, from mon to sat, 8.30am - 7.30pm, surprisingly he smiles and say ok, i don't have to do assignment as well. i went to office to to plan for the open house, after that meeting with everyone at 4pm. school gives my cca a big big function round just for ourselves, and others just have a few tables to join and make a booth. seems like all those trophies + representation outside sg had alerted the school, alot of $$ has been pumped in too. but which also means stress, since all eyes are looking here.

fax to secondary schools to invite them to competition, and there're many of them which take me hrs. some can't get through the line, even a few pick up the phone and 'hello... hello...' lol, i feel like picking up the phone and 'can u please just on your fax machine and don't keep hello like a moron'. get others to prepare some of the other stuff.
pack everything and bring down, get movers to bring down for us (some bangla labour who carry all those heavy stuff). and others have to carry stuff themselves, so sad... the bloody room is really big, i've many tables and chairs for the play area, also giant weiqi, chess, c.chess, checkers, scrabble sets, which u need to stand and stretch to play. show hikaru no go anime on a big screem. notice boards to display how to play these board games (crap), history of them (more crap...). display of trophies and medals as well, some were shocked to see so many of them, and i was laughing that these are only some of them. the rest were all brought back home by the players themselves. printed a list of tourneys won at the side as well. when i put the 'sp open' champion trophy there, i feel like putting it upside down to show my unhappiness over them. tiring day.

continue setting up the stuff... the checker and scrabble competition are not done by me, but another student affair officer, i tink her name is candy. well... she sux in this, no experience in organising a tourney. why can't the school just give me this task as well, i'll do a better job for sure. she said she wanna brief me abt the competition, i thought she's good. end up, crap... all sort of mistakes and things that she doesn't realise. doesn't know which color move 1st, the difference between dumb and checker, didn't set time or use clock for it. then i asked her what if players play longer than expected time in a round since she doesn't wanna use clocks. "then the one with more chip wins.." i'm sure ppl will use toilet bug in this. lmao... then i explain all sort of possible bugs and problems, she starts to push responsibility, "i don't know anything abt this, i'm jus here to help u" i was like "thanks alot... (u're not helping but at least u make me feel good since u sux." and lucky someone buy me lunch, thanks...

jus run the show as ppl walk in, play against them when they wanna play. 1 vs a few, i can feel the difference, and my teacher can play against xN. everyone who come in is so into the big chess sets, esspecially the big big scrabble set. i've to constantly remind those ladies playing those huge boards to becareful as they bend forward. lol... didn't have anything to eat the whole day, but jus 1 can of coffee. =(

checker and scrabble competition, end up run by yu jie and company. zzzz... somemore nto enough ppl to start, and i've to join just to make up the no.. beat my opponent and i conceit before he conceit. lol... principal, director, manager, all the big fuck come, so hard to entertain them. seems like if the no. of trophies bring back this year can't be less than last. T_T

suppose to reach school at 7.30, but my nose only stop bleeding at 8.05, and lina keeps calling me, ask me to drop from mrt and take cab immediately, then i get receipt to her. inter-sec weiqi and chinese chess competition, no international chess competition because don't wanna see that knn gay ah bei from sp. chinese high 3 teams won all 1st 3 position for weiqi, lol... siong huai damn guai lan, as he plays he listen to mp3, do homework, 1st move on tian yuan, even didn't click clock. but oh well. he's really good, no match with him. darius came to look for me, after that he has to wait for hrs for me, i'm really really so sorry, but 'shen bu you ji'. went to stage to talk without preparing speech isn't the 1st time, but with director next to me is. organise everyone to run the competitions, pack up the stuff, entertain the big fucks and those competitors, those judges who we paid to help out are looking for trouble when they pack up. in the end, everyone gives me a shock when they say the notebook from skool is missing, take me an hr to investicate and realise mr.wee took it. poor darius wait for me alone, while i settle everything, and i still have to do prepare the standings of the competition and send to lina...

extremely energy consuming week... but learnt alot of stuff this time round, the way to handle the directors, players, helpers, student affair officers, judges, walk-in, at the same time really teach me alot. recently i've been hardworking with weiqi and vs, shown improvement in both. read weiqi books, study theory for vs... now looking for glee-lock stuff. =)

first time join a pcq, not bad get into top 8. i used CE, for those match i lost, i know the reason for it. i wanna sell my press the attack EA...... met a few familiar faces in swiss, and get 5-2. i'm just on time to join the constructed, the judge let me play my 1st round and submit my decklist after that. =)

it is like playing against curve sentinels, he surely can outpump me. i get forced to drop my silver surfer just not to get killed in 5, 6 turns. he just outplay me, nothing much.

he throw out a boris in 1st turn, and i thought is CE mirror match. i'm happy to see betrayer in my hand. haha... then for turn 2 and 3, he summon some doom stuff. i was like ZZzzzz, new skool? then 4th turn we both have doom, he boris for reign and i boris for mystical paralysis. he reign my she-hulk by bombing my team-up and make my doom to lose effect. now i realise it's so hard to play against dr.doom, plot twist all in hand. then if i wanna cover team up, i can't cover signal flare... very hard to play. later he as some x-men char, keep tapping my char to store time. turn 6 i use betrayer to prevent reinforcement, then hulk to wack + beatdown. lol... thanks to apple. turn 7 use thing and bounce his field and win.

reign of terror rocks!!!, then turn 5 i replay doom, and summon boris. reign again... so won quite easily.

the day before that, i've played a few games with darius's SS. so at least some practice before hand. i was joking that i'm going to use his beatdown to kill him, haha... i kinda never win against SS before. turn 4 i left 17 life. and of course i reign to stay in the game. turn 6, i replace 4 drop doom and have power compressor to stay alive, paralysis saved my ass many times. turn 6, i succeeded to clear his board and of course some double stunt on my side, and i left 3 life. since i last till 7th turn, i shld win. and i summon thing, and won...

no team up, so i ate 5 betrayer. this tells the rest of the story, plus he ka-boom my doomstadt. so i take odd initiative and can't stop him from his TT stunts on turn 7 with thing. ate 2 betrayer on turn 7 again. lol...

quite important, winner get into top 8. have enough of practice against akira again, haha. i use 3 drop she-hulk to beatdown his 5 drop she-hulk. lol... last time i've no beatdown, now it's much more easier to play with 4. i love u apple. lol... summon doom on 6th turn, since akira's wonderman stun my 4 drop doom every match and throw all pump to kill me. learnt my lesson, drag passed 7 turn and won.

1st round, i've no reign and miss drops. then manage to clear some of his field then he replay archer to burn me, and gamble i've no pumps. if i've 2 pumps, i won. and i've none... lol
2nd round, no reign again. i keep cover mystical paralysis again and drag the game then win it. without summoning anything on 5th turn, then replay 4 drop doom on 6th turn. hulk + boris on 7th.
3rd round, no doom and no everything but 3 reign of terror and 2 mystical paralysis... so gg.

finally i've reached my target that i set to hit before 2005 ends, though it's 12 days late, but i'm still delighted over it. target: beat 'kang lao shi' with 4 stones handicap. 2 months ago, i get owned even with 6 stones handicap, and i've not been playing it recently. i went down to bishan, initially wanna discuss stuff with 'yang lao shi', but he's not there. end up i've a free lesson with kang LS, feel like playing 4 handicap since yang LS also gives me 4. first time i've played 3 games in a row with him. the 1st, i did well except a minor mistake. i made a great move and nearly killed one patch of his, but i did so well till the final step. if i succeed, i will have won. and he said "all your moves have come to a waste..." T_T then next game, i thrashed him because of on of his mistake. haha.. a bit tyco that he made a mistake. he asked for another game and owned me big time. lol...

fri night, a few of us went to ngee ann poly for bbq after being invited. nth much to talk abt, except get to eat without cooking food myself. when we're walking backat 10pm, we played a game, "zhong ji mi ma". (1 game keeper choose a no. from 1-100 and keep it to himself. the rest start choosing a no. from 1-100 turn by turn, let say the no. chosen is 30. someone start guessing, e.g. 50, then the game keeper will say 1-50, since it's 30. then the next will guess from 1-50 till someone hit the chosen no. an dhe lose the game.) the game isn't fun but the forfeit is... ask girl's hp no., of course those passer by on the road. i lost... from now on i condemn the no. 84. lol. i went up to a big grp of ppl who are celebrating something in np, asked a girl for no.. then the guys look at me and asked crap and so on. but whatever, end up she gave me her no.. next round,yong sheng hit. but he is such a sore loser and bring up all those stupid business law theory that he can don't do the forfeit, =.= || end up all get alittle du lan. later john ass itchy and went to a girl to ask for no., even we didn't play any game. lol!! but get rejected!! lmao... play some pool till 12+ and went home, didn't play for a long long time and get very rusty. zz...

i'm staying over in apple's home for 2 days. just keep playing winning eleven 9, my favourite game. =) the last time i come to his home or winning eleven 9, played 6 games and we draw at 3-3. i realise my defence is too sucky, esspecially on the wing. i trained on my defence when i go back, and now back for more games. and i now lead by 4 games, 4-8. i know is kinda silly to calculate all these score. haha...
his elder sister was in aus, and i get to meet her now. she looks like a sec 1 and 2 student. lol... i'll try to take a pic secretly and put it here. =p

i've borrowed 4 beatdown from apple, and gonna join next PCQ. i didn't join earlier on is because curve sen is all over the place, so the win rate is low. further more i'm using no man and flying kick since i dun have beatdown. +5 attack makes hell lot of difference... a 3 drop can kill a 5 drop. with 3 beatdown, u can kill sinestro with a 1 drop (damn baha did it on poor me...) but i still need to edit alittle and play more.

realised i've spent too much $$ last month, kinda bring down the pain to this month. =( went for 2 chalet, go m'sia, shopping with rong yao, spent some on cards and comics, also some expensive meals and of course i went out too often. have dinner in sizzler yesterday, which cost me 27.50.... ZZzzzzz... time to look for those who own me $. i realise who are frens and who are not in dec. some ask me out during christmas and new year, even some not close frens ask me to go out. but some didn't bother and boycotted me, oh well... please change your excuse, don't use "thought u've something on mah" twice in x'mas and new year. i hate all of them.

today rong yao came my home to borrow some weiqi books, and play some weiqi. we get bored, so go KGS (online weiqi) to play games. both of us created an account call "XiaoFen", even create a profile for her. lmao... full name: goh pei fen. email: pinkiz88@gmail.com haha... so we start to act cute and flirt around, of course play weiqi with people. after owning a SP guy, he start to chat with me rather than playing further. more ppl start to enter to watch the game. hahaha... actually the main thing that attract these ass is this pic...
