| PS2 tragedy |

my ps2 is down......
when i was playing my favourite winning eleven last night, the screen just black out and the power light is red. so i tried clicking reset, but it just turn back to red after a few secs. this morning i tried again, still the same, and i can smell something burnt from it.
there could be only 1 reason.............
recall 2, 3 years back*
my ps2 adaptor was spoilt, so i plan to get a new 1. my clever mum suggested to use printer's adaptor, and of course i tell her this is insane. she said " since printer can use it, why not your ps2." so she bring my ps2 to my room, and plug the printer's adaptor into my ps2, WHILE I WAS IN THE WASHROOM. she on the power button, and nth happen... suddenly the power light turned green and it's brighter than normal. much brighter~ a high pinch sound followed and after that the power went off and 'bomb'. black smoke filled my room and white sticky liquid flow out from the back of my ps2. T_T
my mum just gived a innocent look and "oops~~"

so i bring it to sim lim and try to get it fixed. i bring it to 1 of the shop, and the shop keeper try to on it. surprisely, it worked normally. O_o. after i told the fellow what my beloved mum has done, he gave me a O.O look. end up i just buy a new adaptor.
somehow, i get to enjoy my 'reborn' ps2 till now.
gonna bring it to chris's shop and see what can he do about it.
and oh ya, thank you mum~ -_-
